About the position:
This is a key role in the Global Restaurant Measurements Team leading our global mystery shop program, which includes managing 6 global vendors that provide monthly mystery shops to all our restaurants in 65 countries. This person will have full responsibility for successfully maintaining and continually improving this program. In addition, this person will be responsible for assessing performance of current vendors, holding vendors accountable to Service Level Agreements (SLA's), and potentially selecting new vendors through an RFP process. The successful candidate will also be the key point of contact for all our Operations / Mystery shop leads in each Area of the World, and will lead additional ad hoc projects within the Measurements Team, as needed.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be fully responsible for managing the mystery shop program, including:
Working with Corporate Legal, vendors and AOW points of contact on contract negotiations and pricing
Monitoring performance of vendors based on Service Level Agreements, KPI's, etc and holding vendors accountable to performance
Evaluating vendor shopper training materials, shopper inquiry process, etc
Evaluating internal controls of vendor business processes
Defining and performing bi-annual vendor audits
Coordinating annual business reviews with vendors and our AOW leads
Communicating on a monthly basis to 65 country points of contact regarding program updates, vendor strategies, technology enhancements, etc
Leading system development of enhancements to Performance Matrix as it relates to mystery shop results
