Position Summary The incumbent, under the direction of the BU Materials Manager and/or senior staff, analyzes purchase requisitions, locates sources of supply, negotiates prices and purchases items of diversified nature, and interacts with vendors, the Purchase Operations Center (POC), and internal customers to prevent and resolve issues.
