If you are looking for a unique part-time and flexible position, CCC Information Services would like to hear from you.
It takes about 3 months for someone to get accustomed to the position so we are looking for someone seeking permanent part-time work. This position is for day time week days and is not an evening/weekend position.
For the position in the Matteson/Joliet area, you are assigned dealer car lots and your job is to inventory the pre-owned vehicles. This entails documenting most options on the vehicles, i.e. auto or manual, sunroof, theft deterrent, traction control, heated seats, deep tinted glass, wood grain interior, trailer/tow packages, fog lights, power seats/windows/door locks, etc. The vehicles are usually locked so you must be able to spot these options through the windows and windshield of the vehicle. Do you get the basic idea of it?
The main difficulty of the job is dealing with the weather at times. Fortunately the hours are very flexible but you still have to work outside for the extended periods of time in very cold weather sometimes during winter months. It requires a detailed oriented person with reasonably good eye sight that can stand on pavement for extended periods of time. There is also some stooping and bending required.
You are paid for each vehicle documented, maintained inventory and receive mileage reimbursement.
We will be in your area the week of 1/25-1/29 for interviews and training.
Paid Training: You must be available for training during day time hours.
There is no experience necessary, just a real desire to learn. If you are interested in this position, please go to www.cccis.com and fill out an application.
