Job Overview:
ATMI is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and provide proactive project analysis on all IT related projects. This individual will work with Project Managers to provide guidance and ensure critical project milestones are being met. Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for oversight and analysis on IT projects with regards to on time, on budget and within scope;
Partner with CIO and direct reports to apply Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency of IT deliverables;
Facilitates the IT project demand vs. capacity constraints process;
Team with project owners in problem resolution and reporting status on projects;
Responsible for communicating business value of IT initiatives;
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with fellow IT staff members and business partners;
Partner with CIO and direct reports to create and maintain key IT policies and procedures as it relates to projects;
Responsible for facilitating the creation of the IT capitol budget and provides oversight to project financials;
Facilitate project change management process;
Responsible for training project managers on Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
Execute Continuous Improvement projects as needed;
Ability to travel up to 20% globally.

Education/Experience:

Must have a B.S. in statistics, computer science, accounting, engineering or related technical field, MBA preferred;
5+ years of experience coming up through a development or packaged implementation track;
5+ years project management experience;
Project management certification a plus;
Six sigma certification and applied knowledge of Six Sigma methodology strongly preferred.

Job SummaryThis is a non-exempt position supporting the distribution of newspapers to independent delivery people and ensuring the quality of services to subscribers.  Requires overnight and weekend ours in a PCF distribution center.Essential Functions & Responsibilities          Unloads newspapers from delivery trucks, verifying receipt of complete paper draw.           Distributes proper allocation of copies to independent contractors.          Retrieve emails, prints, reviews paperwork with IC’s, and distributes as needed in advance of operations.          Competent in the use and maintenance of pallet jack, pallet walker, re-charger, strapping machine and other equipment.           Assists drivers in off-loading arriving tractor trailers, storing materials, re-loading trucks within established deadlines.          As necessary may deliver open routes and/or show route to new independent contractor.          As necessary may deliver replacement copies at the customers’ request.          Learn layout of routes serviced from the distribution center and periodically audits routes for visual verification of contractual compliance by the IC.          Assists in maintaining a daily record of: contracted geographic territories serviced, truck and contracted carrier dispatch times, systems problems and answers to customer complaints.           Occasionally, in the Leader’s absence, prepares weekly route settlement to insure accurate compensation to contractors for services rendered.          Occasionally may function as a working leader on the floor, but normally does not have supervisory responsibilities.          All other warehouse and housekeeping work as necessary. Other Functions

ROUTER

 
Responsibilities:

Understand Third Part Logistics (3PL) environment, customer service and workload
Flexible hours to support business requirements
Route pick tickets (orders) to ship before cancel dates via Internet, fax, email or phone
Work with warehouse management to ensure orders are returned and completed in a timely manner
Schedule pick ups with freight carriers
Maintain organized and accurate files of all outbound shipments
Manifest orders on AS400 systems and prepare bills of lading and documentation required

Part-Time Package-Handlers (4 steady shifts – day/twilight/night/sunrise):
Part-Time Package Handlers usually work 3.5 to 5 hours each weekday (Monday through Friday) and typically do not work on weekends. Shifts for Package Handlers vary by location and we encourage you to select the shift time that works best for you. Most opportunities are typically available for night and sunrise shifts.

You must be physically able to continuously bend, stoop and lift packages that typically weigh 25 -35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs. In addition, you must work in an outdoor environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions and must be able to read words and numbers.

This a very physical outdoor position working in all weather conditions and variable temperatures with continual walking and lifting of packages that typically weigh 25 -35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs. The Driver Helper position requires excellent customer contact skills, ability to read delivery addresses and compliance with UPS appearance guidelines. Driver Helpers usually meet the UPS driver at a mutually convenient location and is dropped off at the same location at the end of the day.
